“MEGATON MUSASHI W: WIRED” How to Cross Save
By linking to an Epic Games account, you can cross save across different platforms.
Important Notes When Using Cross Save
- - When using cross save with "MEGATON MUSASHI W: WIRED" save data across different platforms, it is necessary to purchase the game on each platform.
- *You can transfer save data from "MEGATON MUSASHI X" on PlayStation®4 to "MEGATON MUSASHI W: WIRED" on PlayStation®5.

How to Transfer Game and Save Data from PS4 to PS5
- - An Epic Games account is necessary to use cross save with "MEGATON MUSASHI W: WIRED."
If you do not have an account, please visit the Epic Games site to set one up.
Paid Items
- - Items purchased from the store can be used on the platform for which they were purchased.
You will not be able to use them when using cross save to play on other platforms, but they will become accessible again when you switch back to the platform for which they were purchased.
To use an item on a different platform when using cross save, the same item must be purchased for that platform as well.
Items Purchased for "MEGATON MUSASHI X"
- - When using cross save after transferring save data to "MEGATON MUSASHI W: WIRED," items purchased for "MEGATON MUSASHI X" will generally be available to use.
- - Items that cannot be transferred, and some items, such as Proto-Frame 0X, cannot be used.
Deluxe Edition Bonuses
- - To use bonuses obtained from the Deluxe Edition on another platform after cross saving, the Deluxe Edition must also be purchased for that platform.
- - If the platform you wish to play on after cross saving has the Standard Edition, weapons and Rogues obtained as Deluxe Edition bonuses will carry over in the save data, but will be replaced with other items.
Contents from Premium Pass reward tracks, and the Gallery's digital artwork, etc. will not be available to view.

Preparing to Cross Save

Open “MEGATON MUSASHI W: WIRED” on the platform from which you would like to upload cross save data, then press the following button on the title screen.

After checking through the information concerning cross saving, select “Yes."

Follow the on-screen instructions to link your Epic Games account.
When you receive confirmation that your account has been linked, cross save will become available.
- *Your Epic Games account must be linked to both the platform from which you are uploading cross save data, and the platform on which you wish to access the save data.

Uploading Save Data

Select “Save" from the main menu.

On the in-game save screen on the platform from which you wish to upload save data, check “Also saving to Cross Save," then save.

The upload will be complete once the “Game saved" message appears.
- *If you do not select “Also saving to Cross Save," the save will remain on the platform you're currently playing on.

Using Uploaded Save Data on a Different Platform

Open “MEGATON MUSASHI W: WIRED” on the platform on which you would like to access cross save data, then confirm on the title screen that cross save is available.

After selecting “Continue," select “Confirm Cross Save."

When cross save data has been found, answer “Yes" to “Overwrite the existing local save data and load the cross save?" to finish loading the cross save data.
